Where we provide bookkeeping, accounting support, payroll support, or related services to a client, the specific scope of services, fees, timelines, responsibilities, deliverables, and terms governing that engagement are set out exclusively in the applicable engagement letter or written services agreement between Focused-Bookkeeping and the client. These website Terms govern only your use of the Site itself and do not modify, supersede, or serve as a substitute for any executed engagement agreement.
Any information you submit through a contact form, scheduling tool, or email linked from the Site should be limited to general, non-sensitive information reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry (for example, your name, contact information, business name, and a general description of your needs).
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, Employer Identification Numbers, bank account or routing numbers, login credentials, tax returns, payroll data, or other sensitive financial information through ordinary website forms or unencrypted email. Once you become an engaged client, Focused-Bookkeeping will direct you to QuickBooks Online for the exchange of sensitive documents and information.
